What's the difference between GRIX ELITE and GRIX PRO?
GRIX ELITE is made of 4.2 mm Nappa leather: thicker and more padded, for your heaviest sets. GRIX PRO is made of 3.2 mm chamois leather: lighter and more flexible, for everyday training.
What size do I need?
Both are one size and fit wrists from 17.5 to 23.5 cm. See our size guide for how to measure.
Which exercises are they for?
Pulling movements where your grip gives out first: deadlifts, rows, shrugs, rack pulls, pull-ups and pulldowns.
Will grips make my grip weaker?
Not if you use them for your heaviest sets and keep training your grip with dead hangs and farmer carries.
How long does delivery take, and how much is shipping?
Shipping is free to Cairo and Giza, and EGP 115 to all other governorates. Orders are delivered within 3 days.

How do I care for the leather?
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth after training and let them air dry away from direct heat. Don't put them in the washing machine.
