Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions
- The product must be unused.
- The product, its packaging and all its parts must be undamaged.

How to return
1. Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery: 01507894443 or 01557763661.
2. Send us your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We'll arrange the pickup or tell you where to send the item.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If you received a defective or wrong item, GRIX covers the return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued within 7 days, using the same payment method you paid with.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different color, contact us on WhatsApp within the same 14 days. The same conditions apply.
